These are the terms and conditions of Jim-Morrison-Paris.com. Please ensure that you have read and understand them fully before you consider making a purchase.

The Contract

By using our store you are agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions, however, in no way affect your statutory rights in English law. Your contract for purchases made through this site is with Jim-Morrison-Paris.com, and this contract will only exist after we have emailed a confirmation that the item has been dispatched. Please note that we reserve the right to delay/cancel any order for the purpose of carrying out additional security checks in relation to a credit or debit card payment. You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. If you are under 18 you may only use this site with the supervision of an adult/guardian. You accept that e-mail is the primary means of communication. Whilst we take every care to ensure the accuracy of prices and information on the site, errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, your card will be automatically credited.

Ordering

Orders are usually dispatched within 7 days or less, and shipping time is dependent on your worldwide location.

Guarantees, Returns and Exchanges

All items on this site are guaranteed for 1 year against manufacturer’s defect. Any customer who is not satisfied with the standard of the product may return the goods undamaged and properly packaged for a refund of the product purchase price within 14 days of purchase. This does not include the initial cost of shipping, which is not refundable. Please contact us first to inform of us of any returns. It is the customers responsibility to provide proof that their goods have been returned. This should be by either a postal service/courier receipt or tracking information. We cannot offer any refund or replacement without the said proof.

Damages or Deficiencies

In the event of any goods being damaged in transit, missing items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered, you are required to notify us via email within 7 days. We may ask the customer to complete an insurance claim form should we choose to recover the cost of the damages or missing items from the courier. No refund or replacements will be given until the matter is finalised.

Your Privacy

We promise not to pass on any of your personal , credit or debit card details to any third party.
